Personal data is collected and used to assist in the preparation of family trees to identify heirs to estates and to establish the ownership of unclaimed assets and property along with other estate administration tasks.
Details of the Client's name, address and date of birth may be submitted to a reference agency, and personal data will be processed by and on behalf of Grafton in connection with the Services we provide.

Information provided by a statutory authority or regulator such as Local Councils
In a publicly available and accessible source e.g. a website, on social media or in a media publication
Asset reunification database service provided by LexisNexis Information Services which utilises many sources of information including Voters Roll and ‘opted in’ marketing lists
To execute, action and draw up a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you
When it is in our legitimate interests or those of another third party, providing that these interests are not overridden by your own interests and rights
